We set up a deep cleaning service with Rio Maid cleaning. The team arrived a little early them scheduled. That was a plus!! They did a brilliant job with my end of tenancy cleaning. The team left the place sparkling and smelling good. Electrical appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine) were left spotless. They paid attention to detail. We also needed a carpet shampoo done. I got to say… they did an awesome job and brought back to its original shade! Well done, Rio Maid

We recently booked a deep cleaning service from Rio Maid cleaning. They send us 2 maids, Wow!! What a difference in professionalism and details, when we compared their work with other companies we hired before. They were friendly and didn't rush to leave. The team somehow got the floor and appliances looking brand new, despite "minor" complications like a surprise water main outage at the apartment building. I would absolutely recommend Rio Maid cleaning services to anyone who needs extra help getting their place in top shape.

I had requested a deep cleaning, not really sure what it would entail, and I was blown away by the results! I met the team in the morning before work, chatted briefly, and they told me they were all from Brazil. They were very friendly and easy to communicate. Czar, the manager, was delightful and answered all my questions. Then, I headed out to work. When I returned at the end of the day, I walked into a SUPER clean, organized home. They even stacked my dogs' toys in her bed in a cute, inviting way. I highly recommend Rio Maid services. Definitely, I will call them back.

We reached out to Rio Maid Cleaning Services after the Eaton fire. Our home while safe, was very close to homes that sustained serious damage and we were looking for help with the clean up efforts after the fact. Rio Maid, Czar and his crew came in with a very fair estimate for the intense work that we were looking for. We had asked for a top to bottom deep clean – walls, ceilings, base boards, window sills, etc. Rio Maid answered our call immediately. Their price was very competitive & came in less than other competitors. Rio Maid was willing to do the deep clean that others were not. And he made his crew available within 48hours, which meant a lot to our family. My conversation with Czar on the phone had me feeling assured! The crew called before arrival & immediately got to work. Literally vacuuming out windowsills with a power vac before we had left the house. We left them to it for about 4.5 hours. The team called us when they were about done & we came back to checkin & close out. Czar walked us around each room, explained what had been done. Told us when they ran into an issue – like the paint made it appear as though they had not washed the ceiling – no fault of Rio Maid. He asked me to feel how clean the walls felt after they'd finished! And you could tell. There has been lots of uncertainty after the fires, but our house was 100% cleaned by Rio Maid and that gave myself & my family huge piece of mind. Everything felt clean, smelled cleaned, the wood floors looked amazing, kitchen (the outside of my fridge never looked so good), bathrooms, even my son's bunkbed had been wiped down. It felt safe to relax in our home again! Rio Maid Cleaning Services did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, communicative, and made my life easier. And they charged a fair price for amazing work. I would highly recommend them. I will call them the next time we need their help.

They did a very good job on my 1940's home. I used them for commercial building cleaning as well. On time, very polite, and really know what they do. Competitive price. Honest and very professional. I recommend this Rio Maid if you want a hassle-free job. Thank you, Czar. You got a great team there.
